Please note that packages shipping outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country.Duties and Taxes Unpaid (DDU/DAP): Unless explicitly stated at checkout, all international orders are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. The recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for paying these charges to the local customs authority or courier before the package can be delivered. We cannot predict or control these charges.Refused Shipments: If you refuse an international shipment due to import fees, you remain responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us.International Returns & EU 14-Day Right of WithdrawalCustomers residing within the European Union have a statutory right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item received is faulty, international customers are responsible for the cost of returning items back to our warehouse in the United Kingdom. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund until the goods are received.Currency Fluctuations: Refunds will be issued in the original currency used at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any differences in the final refunded amount caused by exchange rate fluctuations between the date of purchase and the date of processing the refund.
