Delivery Timelines. We aim to dispatch all orders within 30 business days. While we make every effort to deliver your goods within our estimated timeframes, under UK law, all goods will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order confirmation unless a longer delivery window is explicitly agreed upon at the time of purchase.

International Shipping, Customs, and Import DutiesWe ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. Please note that packages shipping outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country.Duties and Taxes Unpaid (DDU/DAP): Unless explicitly stated at checkout, all international orders are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. The recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for paying these charges to the local customs authority or courier before the package can be delivered. We cannot predict or control these charges.Refused Shipments: If you refuse an international shipment due to import fees, you remain responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us.
